Job Summary

As an experienced full stack data analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, developing reporting solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success. You will work closely with our senior analysts, informatics team, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our business. Your expertise will be critical in helping us to make informed decisions, identify trends and patterns, and optimize our operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our business

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop reporting solutions using a variety of tools and technologies, including Microsoft Access, Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Transact SQL, and MS SQL Server
• Work closely with our senior analysts, informatics team, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
• Develop and maintain databases, including designing and implementing database structures, writing queries, and optimizing database performance
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to internal clients and stakeholders
• Present analysis and insights to internal clients and stakeholders, including developing and delivering reports, dashboards, and other visualizations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience

• 2-4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and database development, with a focus on Microsoft Access, Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Transact SQL, and MS SQL Server
• Experience with database development, including designing and implementing database structures, writing queries, and optimizing database performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop insights that inform business decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present analysis and insights to internal clients and stakeholders
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with reporting platform WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)

• Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
• Database knowledge and experience with Hadoop, Oracle
• Development database languages and knowledge with Oracle PLSQL
• Crystal Reporting experience preferred
