Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Responsible AI Development and Research

Job Overview:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of AI development. You'll work closely with our research team to identify, estimate, and mitigate potential damages caused by generative AI models. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a culture of responsible AI development, where fairness, transparency, and safety are paramount.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with our research team to develop and maintain focal assets and tooling for identifying, estimating, or relieving potential damages caused by generative AI models.

• Screen research advances and apply them to shape your applied science work, ensuring that our AI solutions prioritize fairness, transparency, and safety.
• Contribute to or drive research projects aimed at pushing the boundaries of responsible AI development.
• Work with partners from diverse backgrounds, including technical and non-technical experts, to advance our understanding of AI's potential impacts.
• Present your work to internal and external stakeholders, including arenaflex leadership and industry partners.

Requirements:

* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field) and 4+ years of related experience (e.g., predictive analytics, research).

• Alternatively, a graduate degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of related experience.
• A doctorate in a relevant field and 1+ year of related experience.
• Comparable experience in a related field.
• Proven experience working with large-scale language models and multimodal models, with a strong interest in focusing on diversity, inclusion, and fairness.
• Experience working at the intersection of generative AI and responsible AI, trust, and security.
• Experience approaching fairness as a sociotechnical challenge rather than an algorithmic one.
• Experience working with products and services that integrate generative AI.
• Experience working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team across multiple roles.
• Experience working with partners from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Ability to advance independently in new areas, including reading academic papers.
• Ability to work independently and rapidly on complex and new codebases.
• Strong scholarly interest and fascination for tackling real-world challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

* A graduate degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of related experience.

• A doctorate in a relevant field and 3+ years of related experience.
• Identical experience in a related field.
• Experience working with items and services that integrate generative AI.
• Experience working beneficially in an interdisciplinary team crossing numerous roles.
• Experience working with partners with different specialized and non-specialized foundations.
• Capacity to advance freely in new spaces, including by perusing scholastic papers.
• Capacity to work freely and increase rapidly on complicated and new codebases.
