As a Gadget Test Partner, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our content, while helping us meet our ambitious game selection growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Gadget Test Partner, you'll be responsible for:

• Downloading, installing, and testing games, as well as non-Amazon devices, to guarantee advanced content adheres to Amazon's content strategies and quality bar for Luna
• Collaborating with program management teams to resolve content issues as needed
• Maintaining detailed and accurate assessment notes on issue tracking
• Identifying and supporting process improvement ideas and system upgrades that could enhance the efficiency or nature of our content tasks
• Contributing to meeting our daily list objectives while safeguarding our excellent customer experience

We're Looking for Contenders in the Following Areas:

* Fundamental Capabilities: + Content assessment, games testing, or similar experience in an IT, digital media industry, or identical field + Enthusiasm for innovation, gaming, and technology + Involvement with the gaming industry + Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality + Comfort working with a wide range of technical efficiency and workflow management tools, including SharePoint, Excel, and Word + Self-motivation and a strong predisposition for action + Ability to hit aggressive efficiency objectives with minimal oversight autonomously + Eagerness to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to meet team objectives + Capacity to identify, communicate, and champion process improvement opportunities that will benefit the entire content tasks team

• Favored Capabilities:

+ Four-year degree preferred + Interests in communications, marketing, software engineering, or other technical fields + Game testing experience, test script creation, content assessment, game applications + Enthusiasm for gaming and quality interaction + Interest in innovation, digital media, games, popular culture, e-commerce, the web, and the mobile/voice market segment + Fastidious attention to detail + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to successfully collaborate with internal colleagues
