Upwind Security is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our go-to-market systems, analytics, and reporting.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the operational layer of GTM: making systems work reliably with an AI-first mindset, and ensuring data-driven Marketing teams can execute with confidence.You will partner closely with Revenue Operations and Marketing Leadership to run, maintain, and improve established workflows across Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Hockeystack, events, reporting, and GTM tooling.What You’ll OwnIntake, Analysis, Triage & Day-to-Day OpsServe as the first point of contact for Marketing Ops requests via Slack and other intake channelsTriage, clarify, and resolve day-to-day requests (lists, ownership updates, campaign questions, quick data fixes)Investigate and resolve issues independently; escalate only true system or architecture problemsIdentify recurring requests and turn them into documented, repeatable processesCampaign, Channel, SDR & Event OperationsOwn campaign setup, tagging, and hygiene in Salesforce and HubSpotEnsure event leads are properly uploaded, tagged, QA’d, and reflected in reportingBuild and maintain campaign and event dashboardsPerform retroactive cleanup on older campaigns and event lists as neededBuild and maintain custom Hockeystack dashboards to support:Marketing channel performanceCampaign reportingProduct launchesDesign, execute, and continuously improvement of SDR and lead flow processes to reduce leakage and manual handoffsImplement, maintain, and improve lead flow processes across all marketing programs, including:Implementing automated tracking and reporting in SFDCReducing manual copy/paste workflowsImproving data visibility across Marketing, SDR, and SalesData Hygiene, QA & GovernanceMonitor enrichment success and data quality, escalating to RevOps as necessaryRun proactive QA checks (missing owners, orphaned records, broken attribution)Investigate and resolve “missing data” issues before escalationMaintain UTM structure and generate new UTMs as neededSupport GDPR compliance, including data access and deletion requestsReporting & Executive SupportPrepare and maintain weekly marketing and GTM reporting and self-service dashboardsProactively communicate analysis and insights of key data findings to marketing leadershipBuild and maintain SDR dashboards for:Weekly pipeline reportingQuota attainment by individual SDRPrepare inputs for quarterly board reporting related to marketing and pipelineValidate data accuracy and consistency across systems before reports reach leadershipSupport ad hoc leadership reporting with first-pass analysis and investigationResearch, Enablement & DocumentationCreate and maintain SOPs and how-to documentation for Marketing Ops processesCommunicate system changes and train marketing users on new workflowsConduct research and execute lead list pulls using Clay, Salesforce, and sales engagement toolsWhat Success Looks LikeMarketing has the dashboards and analytics they need to make better data-driven decisionsMarketing Ops requests are handled quickly with minimal escalationCampaigns and events are consistently tagged and report accuratelyManual processes are automated as much as possible to help the team scaleData quality issues are caught proactivelySDR and marketing lead flow processes run with reduced manual effortReports go out on time to support senior leadership
