Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. You'll work from home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Provide solutions to help customers better understand their coverage and options
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and concerns in a patient, helpful, and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards

Work Environment and Company Culture

  • Scheduled start times will vary and rotate to support business needs
  • Site hours are 6am-7pm local time

* Competitive salary starting at $17.00 - $27.90 per hour
