Job Summary

We're seeking experienced full stack customer service representatives to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you'll play a critical role in meeting with prospective clients, educating them on business concepts and principles, and helping implement effective game plans through our strategic partners. This is a flexible, part-time remote position with a competitive salary and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare effective plans for customers, taking into account their unique needs and goals

  • Educate customers on business concepts and principles, providing guidance and support to help them succeed
  • Offer solutions to families in various areas, including legal protection, identity theft, investments, and more
  • Collaborate with our strategic partners to provide comprehensive support and services to our customers
  • Meet with prospective clients to discuss business opportunities and provide guidance on how to get started
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • US Citizen or eligible to work in the United States or Canada
  • Felony-free background
  • Preferably out of college, but not required
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to secure and pass a federal background check

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
