Your Role

As a Virtual Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat, email, and other digital channels. Your primary objective will be to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs. You will be the guiding light for customers navigating through our website or mobile app, offering thoughtful recommendations, and guiding their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers through live chat, providing support, answering questions, and offering suggestions based on their needs.

  • Work shifts totaling 7 hours per day, logging into our platform to interact directly with customers in real-time.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and suggestions to customers, enhancing their shopping experience and driving sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

* Must have a computer or mobile device with internet access capable of utilizing chat functions.
