Remote · USA Full-time New today

The Brink’s Company (NYSE:BCO) is a leading global provider of cash and valuables management, digital retail solutions, and ATM managed services. Our customers include financial institutions, retailers, government agencies, mints, jewelers, and other commercial operations. Our network of operations in 51 countries serves customers in more than 100 countries.

We believe in building partnerships that secure commerce and doing that requires fostering an engaged culture that values people with different backgrounds, ideas, and perspectives. We build a sense of belonging, so all employees feel respected, safe, and valued, and we provide equal opportunity to participate and grow.

We’re seeking a data-driven, business-savvy analyst who thrives at the intersection of strategy, product, and market insights. The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles, ideally supporting product management, marketing, or strategic planning teams.

They have a strong foundation in statistics, modeling, and data storytelling, with demonstrated ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights that drive product lifecycle decisions, from launch to post-implementation optimization.

They are fluent in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and have experience with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, or Python). This person is equally comfortable running a regression model as they are presenting key takeaways to senior leaders.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, collaborative, and able to partner cross-functionally with product managers, market researchers, and finance to uncover opportunities, streamline decision-making, and help the business stay ahead of market trends.

Bonus if they’ve worked on:

  • Market segmentation

  • Product pricing or margin analysis

  • Customer satisfaction or quality metrics

  • Strategic sourcing or competitive intelligence

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)

This role is perfect for someone who wants to play a strategic role in shaping data-informed product decisions across a global organization.
