As an LP Customer Service Associate II, you will be responsible for supporting the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store
  • Acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty
  • Reviewing and understanding the Store Emergency Response Guide
  • Wearing a complete Company-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera
  • Greeting customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect
  • Establishing and maintaining a position at the front of the store or in a department
  • Responding to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company-issued radio
  • Observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management
  • Performing a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management
  • Adhering to all Company Policy and Procedure
  • Documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management
  • Performing other duties as assigned

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • 0-2 years retail or security experience

Compensation

This position has a starting pay range of $16.75 to $18.25 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
