Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Web Chat Agents to manage inbound online conversations, assisting customers with inquiries related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and dealership inquiries. As a Web Chat Agent, you will represent our dealer clients positively in the digital space, transforming customer interactions into viable leads that generate revenue from website traffic.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, providing precise information regarding products and services in real-time.

  • Assist in scheduling appointments tailored to customer needs, ensuring seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
