Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via chat, email, and phone. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve their technical issues, answer their questions, and provide guidance on how to get the most out of our product. Responsibilities

As a Customer Chat Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone
  • Working as part of a team to help clients use our product
  • Solving problems and documenting them thoroughly
  • Using judgment to sense the client's mood through empathetic and patient behavior
  • Monitoring the service desk ticket queue and providing answers in order to ensure resolution to the client's inquiries
  • Being proactive by picking up the phone and calling the client instead of relying solely on email communication
  • Being responsible for the success of the company as a whole, must work well with others

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous technical customer support experience
  • Knowledge of SQL and REST API
  • Quick learner with a general comprehension of technology
  • Positive, friendly, and mature work attitude and enthusiasm for achieving excellence
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate self-confidence and comfort when communicating by phone
  • Resourcefulness and flexibility
  • Advanced judgment, negotiation, problem-solving skills, and ability to troubleshoot
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, team-centric, and a keen sense of urgency
  • Efficiency through follow-up and organization
  • Working knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software quickly
