The Role

As a Customer Service & Operations Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone calls. You'll become an expert on 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs, helping customers navigate the complexities of retirement account consolidation. Your expertise will also inform our product roadmap, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Guide customers through the arenaflex rollover experience, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs, staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes.
  • Communicate with financial institutions and employers on behalf of customers, facilitating transactions and resolving issues as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of our internal knowledge-base and external FAQs, ensuring that customer feedback and insights inform our product and service offerings.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and share it with other team members, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

What You'll Bring

* 4+ years of relevant experience in customer service or client-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Experience working in the financial industry, preferably with FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7).
  • A genuine interest in helping people achieve their financial goals and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support.
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Ability to work flexible hours if necessary to solve customers' problems, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced organization, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
