Job Overview

As a Customer Service Sales Associate - Part Time Retail Position at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for:

  • Operating a point-of-sale system (cash register), handling cash, and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and providing expert recommendations to guests
  • Restocking shelves, managing inventory, and ensuring a visually appealing store display
  • Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Ability to stand for up to three hours at a time and lift heavy objects occasionally
  • Availability to work a minimum of three days per week, including one weekend day, and willingness to work national/state holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working in retail or sales environments

  • Ability to speak multiple languages
