Main Duties

As a Seasonal Customer Support L1 Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling user feedback professionally and empathetically, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
  • Collaborating with other teams and colleagues on resolving issues, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication
  • Turning potentially negative customer interactions into positive experiences, showcasing your exceptional customer service skills

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking talented individuals with:

  • Experience with Email and Chat channels, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Fluency in written English, with the ability to communicate effectively and accurately
  • Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, accuracy, compassion, responsiveness, and resourcefulness
  • Ability to handle routine tasks under stress and remain organized, with a strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Tech-savviness, with experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, or a similar role
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of mobile products and digital health
  • Willingness to work shifts (2/2 day, mid or night rotation)
