Human service professionals are encouraged to consider a new full-time Quality Specialist position with Liberty Healthcare.

As a Quality Specialist, you will be an active contributor with a large-scale program which endeavors to enrich the lives of older adults and people who are living with developmental disabilities.

  • Conducting critical incident management and mortality reviews, onsite at provider locations
  • Evaluating provider’s services in relation to best practices in person-centered care
  • Identifying provider’s strengths and opportunities for quality improvement
  • Writing comprehensive summary reports within limited timeframes

This is a hybrid position which will require you to spend approximately 90% of each workweek doing administrative work and report writing in your home office– and approximately 10% of each workweek traveling throughout the greater region and leading onsite meetings at provider locations.
