Heaton Bennett Insurance is one of the fastest growing insurance agencies in Texas, seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Personal Lines Inside Sales Agents. The role involves converting leads into sales, utilizing technology to support the sales process, and providing high-quality service to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Grow New Business Accounts by converting incoming leads, warm calls, online quote requests, client referrals and organic opportunities into sales
  • Utilize agency custom CRM to support sales cycle and automation of follow ups, which then boosts opportunity funnel and close ratio
  • Utilize agency management system – AMS360 & Personal Lines Rater
  • Provide the highest quality of professional service to every customer
  • Maintain knowledge of products
  • Follow existing processes and procedures

Skills

  • TX Property and casualty insurance license is required
  • Prepare quotes for customers
  • Must work independently and possess organization skills to manage numerous, varied, detailed tasks
  • Must have computer skills and ability to use Office software programs
  • Applicant must be articulate and friendly, demonstrate professional appearance and have a strong work ethic
  • Endorse technology over 'old school' models
  • Spanish Language Skills Are a Plus, But Not Required
