[Remote] Aerospace Development Program - Engineering - Recent Grad/Full Time (US Person Required)

This program offers recent graduates rotational opportunities in Integrated Supply Chain and Engineering, focusing on customer responsiveness, process efficiency, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of health, safety, and environmental strategies
  • Support compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Participate in risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards

Skills

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Engineering or similar field
  • Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between December 2025 and June 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between January 2026 – August 2026
  • Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the start date
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
  • Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
  • Greenbelt/DFSS certified
  • Ability to work freely
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Mechanical Engineering experience
  • Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
  • Proficient project management skills
  • Good knowledge of mechanical industry
  • Cause identification/FMEA experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP/HOS
