- Consult: Understand each family's specific financial situation and vulnerabilities
- Educate: Walk them through solutions that genuinely fit their needs
- Execute: Help them secure coverage through industry-leading carriers like Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica, Foresters, Americo, Corebridge Financial, and more
Skills
- Have a genuine desire to help people, not just close deals
- Are comfortable in a self-directed environment and don't need to be micromanaged
- Are coachable and committed to learning the system
- Come from backgrounds in sales, healthcare, education, real estate, or customer service — or are simply ready to put in the work
- No prior insurance experience is required
