About the Role

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Licensed Insurance, Non-Licensed Insurance, and Tax Support. You'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers

• Creatively problem-solve and quickly assess customer needs
• Provide a high-level of customer service and document details of all calls and customer interactions
• Manage multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
• Work from home or any quiet place, setting your own schedule to work around your life
• Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of being your own boss

Essential Qualifications

* Experience handling inbound and outbound calls

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
• Basic typing skills
• Strong customer service and written skills
• Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
