Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chat support, ensuring a smooth and efficient package delivery experience.
  • Documenting delivery flows into our tracking system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborating with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving or escalating issues as necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible schedule.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key).
  • A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM.
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check.
