What You'll Be Working On

As a Customer Experience Strategist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that will challenge and inspire you. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development of communications plans that drive engagement and conversion
  • Developing channel briefs for social and digital creative to fulfill media plans
  • Reviewing creative to ensure alignment to brief and platform best practices
  • Creating and managing omnichannel asset ecosystems, mapping creative assets to audiences across the funnel
  • Consulting on and contributing to briefs for various digital marketing channels, including social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, and more

How You'll Excel In Your Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in digital marketing and social media strategy, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the field. You should be familiar with the basic principles of brand building and measurement, including brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, and principles of growth. You'll also need to be available for meetings in the PST timezone and be able to contribute independently to the requirements of the role without requiring a lot of oversight or training.

Essential Qualifications

* 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy

  • Familiarity with basic principles of brand building and measurement
  • Availability for meetings in PST timezone
  • Ability to contribute independently to the requirements of the role
  • Clear, competent, and confidence-inspiring communication style

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with channels beyond social media, including digital display, website, email, and app engagement

  • Knowledge of omnichannel marketing and asset management
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation
