Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Working with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Ensuring invoices are accurate and sent to customers in a timely manner
- Running reports and analyzing data to recommend process changes to improve productivity and efficiency
- Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments
- Attention to detail, team player, and self-starter mentality
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
