Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing Product/Service Information: Act as a liaison to provide accurate and timely information about our products and services to customers.
• Resolving Customer Issues: Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive experience and building trust with our customers.
• Generating Sales Leads: Manage large volumes of incoming calls while generating sales leads to drive business growth.
• Building Sustainable Relationships: Build lasting relationships with customer accounts through open communication, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
• Maintaining Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent Customer Service Abilities: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on building trust and rapport with customers.
• Good Phone Etiquette: Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Familiarity with CRM Systems: Experience with CRM systems and practices to manage customer interactions and data.
• Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
• High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications
