The Opportunity

As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the arenaflex team that answers inbound customer calls. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will problem-solve to assist our customers with their orders and accounts. arenaflex is comprised of arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex.

arenaflex Services offers expertise and corporate support across the four arenaflex Brands. These shared services include IT, digital commerce, customer care, and distribution. The arenaflex brands deliver inspirations that help customers enjoy, enhance, and celebrate life. arenaflex comprises four interactive, aspirational home and apparel lifestyle brands: arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex. arenaflex operates a separate ecommerce site for each brand, distributes 163 million catalogs annually, and has 22 retail and outlet stores.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a busy and dynamic environment

  • Offer additional products on each customer interaction to enhance their shopping experience
  • Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
  • Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
  • Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility across the entire arenaflex Group family of brands
  • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor

What You Bring:

* Problem-solving and de-escalation skills to handle unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume

  • Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Follow arenaflex computer system requirements
  • Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours

Compensation:

* Starting rate is $15.00/hour

  • $1.00/hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
  • $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday

Your Training Schedule:

* 8 Weeks: Monday – Friday

  • 8:00 am – 2:00 pm ET or 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm ET

Your Work Schedule:

* Work a set part-time schedule: 20 hours per week

  • Work schedules are not Monday – Friday
  • 5 Day work schedules, working 4 hour set shifts
  • Set schedule will include one weekend day and one weekday off

System Requirements:

* Our Work-From-Home Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. While a full specification list will be provided after your interview, here are a few main items: + Self-provided Computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old + Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset.) + High-speed internet connection. Satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option (no 5G or Wi-Fi) + Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported + Webcam and able to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
