Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently processing data, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's proprietary systems to process patient and medication data, manage inventory, and fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently.

  • Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure compliance with state and government regulations, as well as arenaflex's policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Model and promote arenaflex's customer service standards, including relational skills, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as processing manual claims, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or computer science.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.

  • PTCB certification or equivalent.
  • Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications.
  • Experience with inventory management software and systems.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's proprietary systems and processes.
