Job Overview

As a Web Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for facilitating online interactions related to automotive and recreational vehicle inquiries. Your primary objective will be to:

  • Address a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat
  • Deliver precise information regarding products and services to clients
  • Assist in scheduling appointments by gathering relevant information
  • Continuously build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base on our ever-evolving products and services
  • Capture and log customer contact details for lead generation and analysis
  • Summarize customer interactions based on their needs for effective client follow-up

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

* Exceptional customer service abilities, with a knack for working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
  • Proficient typing skills, with a minimum speed of 35 WPM, ensuring that you can respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries
  • Basic familiarity with internet navigation and Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Proven multitasking capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously
  • Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that you can communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Qualifications

* Prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is advantageous, though not mandatory

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and language skills
  • Willingness to undergo a background check is required, ensuring that you meet our security and compliance standards
