Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and data entry per call, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Utilize MS Suite to manage customer interactions, track issues, and maintain accurate records

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
