The Role

As a Customer Service Representative - Inbound Claims Support, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer service inquiries via telephone and/or email, resolving complex customer issues, and providing a service experience that exceeds expectations. You'll leverage effective listening skills, diligence, and a genuine desire to ensure that every customer experience is exceptional. By understanding the customers' needs and focusing on delivering tailored solutions, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, building trust and accountability with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer requests via telephone or email, providing excellent service and resolving complex customer issues

  • Research requests regarding policy provisions, claim status, and procedures
  • Efficiently process transactions and refer requests as needed
  • Enhance customer relationships using effective communication and empathy
  • Support service campaigns as required
  • Navigate electronic systems to provide integrated responses to inquiries
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Flexible working schedule between 8:00 am - 11:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday
  • Strong computer/keyboard skills
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Superb listening skills with professional oral & written communication
  • Empathetic communication style to build trust and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in insurance or financial services

  • Prior call center experience
  • Ability to learn quickly and develop an understanding of company products
  • Passion for customer service and commitment to follow-through
