You will work closely with our team to identify and rectify any duplicate or incomplete information, upholding data integrity and adhering to established best practices and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Compile, verify, and organize information in preparation for data entry
- Identify and rectify any duplicate or incomplete information before processing
- Uphold data integrity by adhering to established best practices and procedures
- Accurately input medical billing data into our systems
- Conduct research to gather any missing information as required
- Confirm membership details such as join dates and participation levels
- Maintain error-free data and implement necessary updates
- Follow established workflows and contribute to the enhancement of new procedures
- Diagnose issues and escalate them to team leaders or supervisors as necessary
- Achieve daily productivity targets while sustaining high-quality standards
Required Skills
