Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Trainees - Customer Support to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients in the Canadian region. As a Trainee - Customer Support, you'll be responsible for handling voice support for customers of a popular pizza chain, delivering excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee - Customer Support, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers in the Canada region
  • Assisting customers with inquiries related to menu items, pricing, delivery, and order taking
  • Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Logging all interactions in the system accurately and comprehensively
  • Providing detailed information about promotions, deals, and new products
  • Processing orders, tracking deliveries, and troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Maintaining extensive product knowledge to offer effective solutions
  • Following company policies and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service
  • Collaborating with teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor with customers
  • Monitoring and handling emails and social media inquiries when required

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective problem-solving skills with professionalism in handling challenges
  • Capability of working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Prerequisite for WFH Candidates from South India Locations

If you're applying for the Work From Home (WFH) option from South India locations, you'll need to have:

  • A reliable laptop and a stable high-speed broadband connection to perform efficiently in the role
