Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $180,000 - $230,000. This is a high-impact, client-facing role designed for an ambitious professional with deep technical expertise in AI & Data, proven consulting acumen, and a track record of driving transformational outcomes for enterprise clients.
Req# Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives (VP, SVP, C-suite) on AI enablement, data-driven transformation, and operational efficiency for Fortune 500/50 clients
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in AI, which includes Generative AI, ML and Data Science, driving the design, development, and implementation of AI and AI Engineering solutions for clients
- Bridging strong AI and technology expertise with business acumen to ensure effective alignment between technical solutions and strategic business goals
- Architect and lead complex, cross-functional AI and Data transformation initiatives including cloud-native data platforms, ML Ops/Data Ops, BI strategy, and GenAI/AI strategy
- Own and grow a multi-million-dollar engagement portfolio ($20M+ annually) through thought leadership, cross-capability solutioning, and executive relationship building
- Define and manage key operational metrics including margin, utilization, bill rate, and client experience
- Develop compelling POVs and thought leadership that drive incremental sales opportunities and market differentiationRequirements
- 10+ years in AI/ML, Data, and Analytics consulting with demonstrated career progression, including 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams of 15+ consultants
- Deep technical expertise in AI & Data including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ML/ML Ops, Data Ops, BI platforms, Generative AI, and big data solutions (Python, Spark, SQL)
- Track record managing engagement portfolios of $10M+ annually with proven solutioning and selling capabilities
- Experience advising, presenting to, and building relationships with C-suite and SVP-level executives across multiple industry verticals
