Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to address concerns and track orders
  • Ensure smooth transactions while providing valuable insights to enhance customer experiences
  • Collaborate with other teams to optimize processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Skills

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and ensure client needs are met
  • Proven experience in Customer Support and resolving inquiries effectively and empathetically
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and professional interactions
  • Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate customer concerns, identify trends, and recommend improvements
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, hybrid work environment
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is highly regarded
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and familiarity with online sales platforms is a plus
  • Adaptability to changing needs and the ability to prioritize in fast-paced settings
  • Logistics experience is advantageous
