Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RMG Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced English-speaking Retention Agent to join a well-established regulated Forex company. This fully remote position focuses on managing and retaining clients while driving revenue growth through strong relationships and effective support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and retain existing clients
- Build strong, long-term relationships with traders
- Increase client lifetime value and trading activity
- Handle client inquiries and provide ongoing support
- Promote trading opportunities and company products
- Meet and exceed retention and revenue targets
- Monitor client activity and identify retention opportunities

- Self-motivated and able to work remotely
