Sales Development Representative

Movement Resilience Sports Medicine and Rehab is a cash-pay sports rehab clinic based in Austin, focused on providing personalized patient care. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments, while ensuring that only suitable patients are brought into the practice.

Responsibilities

  • Field all inbound calls and leads that come in from digital and non-digital channels
  • Run our structured discovery call process to qualify leads and schedule appointments
  • Make outbound calls and texts to prospects and past patients
  • Manage Instagram DM follow-up as part of our lead pipeline
  • Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows, assist in reshceudles
  • Follow up with company leads that have come in for a discovery call or evaluation following the company’s lead follow up process to qualify them, classify their interest and route them to the right “next step” in our process
  • Use the company’s database and online platform to find prospects and set appointments for “discovery call”
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (GoHighLevel), Google Sheets, and EHR (Jane App)
  • Meticulously follow our sales scripts, tracking systems, and processes
