[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Glazier Software is a modern operating system for glazing contractors, aiming to streamline business processes in the construction tech industry. They are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and help scale their impact with a clear path to promotion to Account Executive within 12–18 months.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify ideal prospects in our target market
- Run multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Conduct cold calls to engage new prospects
- Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for our AEs
- Keep CRM activity organized and up to date
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to continuously improve outreach strategies
Skills
- 1–2+ years of experience as an SDR at a SaaS or B2B tech company
- Proven success in outbound prospecting, especially via phone
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal
- Competitive, coachable, and eager to advance into an AE role
- Not afraid of the phone—comfortable making cold calls daily
- Experience selling into construction or field services
