The Role

As a Systems Administrator, you will be a part of the Information Technology team working to administer and make architectural decisions with Bloomerang’s core technology apps.

What You Will Do

  • Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, perform ongoing maintenance and enhancement of information technology and information systems.
  • Facilitate the delivery of projects and solutions in a collaborative team environment across business units.
  • Conduct quality control checks on tickets to reduce errors to improve procedures.
  • Operate as an escalation point for our Desktop Support Engineers.
  • Make applications talk to each other via APIs & Workflow tools

What You Need to Succeed

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing system configurations, documentation, and change management processes.
  • Drive to stay up to date on current technology trends.
  • Ability to install, configure, test, troubleshoot, perform ongoing maintenance and enhancement of information technology and information systems.
  • Comfortability with utilizing generative and agentic AI and other AI-powered applications to streamline tasks and improve output.
  • Enthusiasm for experimenting with and integrating AI capabilities to drive creative solutions and automate routine processes.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new AI advancements and integrate them into work processes.
  • Ability to actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks to drive efficiency and support Bloomerang's mission.

Compensation The salary range for this position is $78,000 - $100,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws

Location This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position (within the U.S. and select Canadian Provinces only). Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
