National Director of Corporate Accounts

The National Director of Corporate Accounts will serve as the strategic team leader on all Image Guided Therapy (IGT) objectives within assigned National Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) & Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) accounts.

Your role:

  • Your primary responsibilities will include executing contracts, launching new products, expanding market penetration, achieving double-digit revenue growth across your assigned IDN & GPO targets, leading the IGT field sales teams in a matrix environment, and helping to mentor other Corporate Accounts Directors.
  • Deliver agreed-upon growth in targeted IDNs, and contribute to the overall sales results of the broader organization. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and resolve conflict across different functional areas in a matrixed organization, as well as with external stakeholders.
  • Analyze and quantify IDN and GPO market potential, assess market conditions and prioritize targets through formal and informal methods. Relentlessly assess and build out IDN and GPO sales strategy for legacy and new product launches.
  • Tracks and analyzes channel customer performance to identify positive or negative trends, as well as looking for opportunities to find mutually beneficial areas for growth.
  • Ability to lead the IGT field sales teams in a matrix environment. Serve as a mentor for Corporate Accounts colleagues.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in the medical device space
  • Your skills include proven leadership and personnel development abilities, experience developing long term strategies, experience working in both small and large company environments, leadership to inspire others and critical thinking skills to imagine new possibilities.
  • A minimum of 3+ years National or Corporate Account experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

Philips Transparency Details:

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $282,750 to $365,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.  Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. 

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to the Mid- Atlantic area.
