Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic Insurance division, a role where you will be instrumental in driving our revenue growth and expanding our market presence. This isn't just about managing a portfolio; it's about becoming a trusted partner to our clients, using your expertise to solve their biggest challenges with our innovative solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead with solutions, not just sales. You’ll dive deep into our clients' business needs, acting as a consultant who aligns our unique capabilities with their strategic goals.

  • Be a key driver of growth. You'll be responsible for hitting and exceeding revenue targets, with a direct impact on the success of our claims products and solutions.

  • Build and nurture powerful relationships. You’ll be a primary point of contact for key decision-makers, building trust and ensuring long-term client satisfaction through sophisticated relationship management.

  • Execute with precision. You’ll manage the sales lifecycle from end to end, from accurate forecasting and reporting to negotiating and closing deals. Your insights will be valuable for our leadership and analytic teams.

  • Stay ahead of the curve. You’ll proactively research industry trends and market conditions, acting as an expert who can articulate our value proposition and identify new opportunities.

  • Collaborate for success. You'll work closely with Product and Marketing teams to introduce new solutions and pinpoint market opportunities, contributing to the overall regional strategy.

  • Adhere to workflow and tool processes to ensure transparency for sales leadership.

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with our policies, processes, and practices.

Job Qualifications:

  • Insurance Expertise: Strong background in the Property Insurance Sector, Building Repair, Property Claims, or Restoration.

  • Proven Sales Acumen: Successful track record of selling sizeable services or SaaS solutions. You’re a closer who understands complex sales cycles, and you have strong business and technical acumen.

  • Professional Execution: Background in business planning and a full understanding of the client value chain. Strong business and technical acumen.

  • Execution Focus: Ability to drive business strategies while balancing tactical execution; ability to effectively coordinate matrix resources.

  • Adaptability & Drive: Strong ability to managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines; ensuring consistent delivery against conflicting demands.

  • Exceptional Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
