What will you do?

• Publisher Acquisition Identify, contact, and negotiate with potential publishers to secure new partnership deals for MyChips Offerwall.
• Account Management Manage and grow existing publisher accounts by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Strategy Development Develop and implement strategies with our Marketing team to expand our publisher network and enhance our market presence.

What will you need?

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, specifically in establishing and managing publisher partnerships within offerwall rewarded industry.
• Fluency in English and Chinese
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with a track record of successfully securing and managing publisher partnerships.
• Ability to work cross functionally with Marketing, Product and Ops teams
• Ability to create and analyze forecasts, and to craft win strategies that lead to successful campaigns.
• Strong analytical skillset, including extensive hands on experience in excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
• Very fast learner (and addicted to learn), reliable person with unstoppable can-do-attitude

We offer a permanent contract. Salary will depend on actual experience and skills.
