What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative I - NCC, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service across various communication channels, including voice, email, web chats, texts, and faxes
  • Assisting students with Admissions, Enrollment, Registration, and Financial Aid processes
  • Utilizing ERP and/or CRM systems to review and manage student records
  • Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating referrals in accordance with clinical and insurance requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with health information regulations and university policies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficient skills in problem-solving, active listening, and effective communication
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in higher education, student services, or healthcare
  • Knowledge of academic programs and federal regulations
  • Familiarity with Banner, Recruit, and/or Avaya systems
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
