The Role
As a Titleist.com Remote Chat Representative, you'll be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional support to customers on titleist.com. You'll be the face of arenaflex, sharing your passion for golf and Titleist products with customers, and helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and we're excited to welcome you to our team.
Experience Required
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong background in golf, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. You'll also need to be familiar with the Titleist product line, have experience with golf club fitting, and be knowledgeable about top component brands. Your ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers with Titleist brand and product knowledge will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
As a Titleist.com Remote Chat Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support on titleist.com, using your passion for golf and Titleist products to engage and inspire customers
- Familiarity with the Titleist site and any related media or searches
- Ability to compare and analyze competitor products
- Comfortable showing empathy to customers in stressful situations
- Utilizing Titleist Golf equipment to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest Titleist products and technologies
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 5+ years of golf experience
- Knowledge of Titleist product line
- Golf club fitting experience
- Familiarity with top component brands
- Ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers with Titleist brand and product knowledge
- Ability to explain concepts at customer's knowledge level
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to type at least 35 wpm in text form
Technology Requirements
To perform your duties as a Titleist.com Remote Chat Representative, you'll need to meet the following technology requirements:
- A desktop or laptop with Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
- Stable internet connection (we suggest at least a consistent 10mbps)
- Reliable sound output (this can either be through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets)
