What to Expect: Job Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in coordinating travel arrangements for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Utilizing booking platforms and travel management systems to schedule and confirm travel plans accurately and efficiently
  • Communicating with clients to gather preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns
  • Liaising with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to secure reservations and arrange special accommodations
  • Handling cancellations, refunds, and changes to travel plans in a timely and professional manner

What We're Looking For: Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in travel coordination, scheduling, or related roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach
