Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to customers who need assistance with lost or stolen accounts. Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to lost or stolen accounts
  • Providing empathetic and professional support to customers who need assistance
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Working closely with our virtual classroom training team to ensure seamless onboarding and training

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
  • 3 years of customer service experience, with a focus on resolving complex issues and providing exceptional support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong technical skills, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on resolving complex issues and providing exceptional support

  • Knowledge of banking and financial services, with a focus on lost or stolen accounts
  • Experience using CRM software and other customer service tools, with a focus on data analysis and reporting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams and developing training programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Training and Development

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Our virtual classroom training program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role, with a focus on:

Schedule and Availability
