[Remote] Licensed Under 65 Sales Representative

They are seeking an Under 65 Sales Representative to help customers aged 65 and under gain medical insurance coverage, utilizing insurance knowledge and sales skills to build long-term relationships and educate clients on insurance value.

Responsibilities

  • Calling, presenting, and selling Insurance products
  • Calling on Provided Leads, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs and market appropriate product and services
  • Achieving sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling products
  • Establishing client relationships and following up with customers as needed
  • Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products
  • Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
  • Providing a positive customer experience

Skills

  • Must Hold Active Resident License in Both Life and Health
  • HS Diploma or GED is required
  • At least 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
  • Excellent work ethic and adherence to work schedule
  • Ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable for your performance while adhering to your work schedule
  • Able to navigate multiple computer programs at one time
  • Reliable internet with plug-in ethernet/network cable and a dedicated workspace in your home; Allstate will provide all the equipment
  • Telephone and inside sales

  • Must hold an active General Lines L&H License and be appointed within your resident state
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) speakers are needed, however, this is not a requirement
