Customer Service Representative

Perfect Aire is a leading supplier of personal comfort equipment, and they are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support order entry and customer interactions. The role focuses on executing order processing and customer support tasks to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders in ERP systems
  • Review orders for accuracy including pricing, quantities, and shipping details
  • Manage order changes, cancellations, and updates
  • Track and communicate order status, delays, and backorders
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Provide product information, availability, and pricing
  • Resolve customer issues, discrepancies, and complaints promptly
  • Follow up with customers regarding open orders or issues
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve order or shipment issues
  • Assist with returns, credits, and warranty-related inquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Assist with general administrative and customer service tasks
  • Support reporting and tracking related to customer orders

Skills

  • 1–3 years of customer service, order entry, or administrative experience
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and customer-focused
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or distribution environments
  • Experience with ERP or order management systems
  • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
