Job Summary
As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions, developing and implementing new data models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results. Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions, including market trends, customer behavior, and product performance
- Develop and implement new data models to improve data accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide data-driven insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field
- At least 3+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Experience working with data analysis software, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the airline or hospitality industry
- Advanced degree in a related field (e.g. Master's in Business Administration, Master's in Data Science)
- Certification in data analysis or business intelligence (e.g. Certified Data Analyst, Certified Business Intelligence Analyst)
- Experience working with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
