Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences

  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible coverage for their family
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs, responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
