Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Brand Engagement Center (BEC) Customer Relations Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries and complaints, and promoting a positive brand image. Key Responsibilities

  • Direct interface with customers through phone calls, emails, and social media to respond to inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze customer concerns and handle them accordingly, taking ownership of the issue and providing a solution that meets the customer's needs.
  • Utilize active listening and proactive decision-making skills to benefit customers and promote a positive brand image.
  • Research unique customer requests using online resources and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Support in-vehicle technology and apps, including assisting customers with setting up and troubleshooting their multimedia products, phone pairing, and navigation.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, multitasking daily and utilizing multiple software applications at once.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other software applications relevant to the role.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or marketing.
  • Automotive experience, including working in a dealership, as a technician, or for another automotive company.
  • Experience working with technology, including Bluetooth pairing, navigation, and smartphone integration.
  • Familiarity with social media and online platforms.
  • A strong understanding of the automotive industry, including product knowledge and company policies.
