Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries
  • Investigating and resolving member inquiries promptly or escalating as needed
  • Adhering to HIPAA guidelines and departmental procedures
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Strong PC skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • Previous call center experience, especially in the Healthcare industry
  • Experience working remotely
  • Fluency in Spanish
