Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries
- Investigating and resolving member inquiries promptly or escalating as needed
- Adhering to HIPAA guidelines and departmental procedures
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Strong PC skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:
- Previous call center experience, especially in the Healthcare industry
- Experience working remotely
- Fluency in Spanish
