Job Title:  Marketing Manager – Coach Training Program

Department:  Marketing

Reports To: Chief Business Development Officer

Location:  Remote – US Based Only

FLSA Status:  Salaried, W-2 position

Hours:  8:30 am to 5 pm EST – Business Hours

Salary Range: $105,000 to $130,000 depending on experience

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving qualified leads for iPEC’s Coach Training Program (CTP) to the sales team through strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves designing and executing data-driven campaigns across various channels (e.g., paid media, SEO, email, content, social) to attract, nurture, and convert prospects into highly qualified leads. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on lead quality and conversion criteria, while continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum lead generation efficiency and ROI.   Ultimately, the Marketing Manager is a key part of the team tasked with continuing to grow enrollments and revenue for the iPEC’s industry-leading coach training programs. 

Requirements

Essential Responsibilities

·       Optimize current marketing and sales channels (e.g., SEO, social media, paid ads, email, affiliate, etc.) to maximize enrollments and increase efficiency. Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Marketing & Sales teams to align growth initiatives with overall company objectives. Identify which channels are performing well and which aren’t.   

·       Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple marketing channels (affiliate, paid ads, email, SEO, social media, content marketing) generate qualified leads for the Sales team and drive revenue growth.  

·       Manage and optimize the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless user experience.  

·       Define specific, measurable growth metrics—including lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth. Provide regular reporting on performance, ROI, and key KPIs to senior leadership.  

·       Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.  

·       Manage and allocate budgets across paid and organic channels to achieve optimal ROI.  

·       Experiment with emerging channels (e.g., podcasts, influencers, or new ad platforms) that align with our target audience but are underutilized by competitors.  

Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements

•        Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA or graduate degree is strongly preferred.  

•        Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation, growth marketing, or demand generation preferably in the education space.

•        Must have people leadership experience. 

•        Hands-on experience and skills in marketing campaigns, marketing strategy, marketing automation, and communications.  

•        Experience working with product marketing to develop GTM strategies and align on hero features and how to position those features.  

•        Must demonstrate strong initiative and drive, while also understanding how to effectively navigate organizational processes and secure necessary approvals.

•        Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.  

•        A strong preference will be given to candidates who are graduates of iPEC. Experience with coach training and certification — or a demonstrated interest in pursuing coach training and certification — is also highly preferred.

Skills and Abilities Required

·       Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, social media, and email.  

·       Creative mindset with a strong focus on testing and optimization.  

·       Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies. Analytical mindset with experience using data and performance metrics to drive decision-making.  

·       Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.  

·       Experience working with Hubspot, Google Analytics, Impact Affiliate, Zapier, HotJar and Wordpress. 

·       The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
